Allison Masek

Allison Masek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Allison started their career as the Office Manager at Synaptx, Ltd. from August 2013 to December 2015.

After that, they worked at Northern Illinois University as an Intermediate Portfolio Analyst, Utilities, managing a portion of the NIU Foundation's portfolio, from June 2017 to January 2018.

Allison then joined Northwestern Mutual, where they held several roles. As a Financial Representative from January 2016 to March 2018, they conducted initial meetings, created detailed financial plans, and managed client relationships using CRM. As a Financial Planner/Financial Analyst from March 2018 to July 2019, they provided planning services, built financial plans, and analyzed subscriber usage. Lastly, as a Senior Wealth Management Analyst from July 2019 to December 2020, they managed investment portfolios, implemented systems, and utilized CRM and Power BI to analyze client data.

In 2020, they worked at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions as a B2B Accounts Payable Data Analyst, focusing on data entry, accuracy, and order auditing using Oracle and Excel.

In 2021, they worked as a Recruiter at Actalent from August 2021 to December 2022.

Allison then moved on to Allianz Investment Management, where they worked as an Operations Analyst from April 2022 to April 2023.

Currently, they are working as a Data Management Analyst at American Equity since April 2023.

Allison Masek holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, General from Northern Illinois University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Huntley High School from 2011 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, they earned the Series 63 Uniform Securities and Series 7 General Securities certifications from FINRA in July and June of 2018, respectively. In April 2017, they obtained a Microsoft Excel 2013 Certification from Microsoft Office. Lastly, they obtained an Insurance Producer Resident License - Life, Health & Accident from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) in June 2020.
