Charlie Rush

Charlie Rush has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Charlie started their career as a Production Business Analyst at ING in 2002 and worked there until 2008. Then, they joined Aviva as a Quality Assurance Analyst II and worked there until 2011. After that, they worked at Aviva USA as a Product Implementation Analyst II and later as a Quality Assurance Analyst III. From 2014 to 2020, Charlie worked at Athene Annuity & Life Assurance Company, where they held multiple roles including Senior Product Analyst, QA Lead, and Manager IT - QA. Charlie is currently working as the Manager IS - Product Development at American Equity since 2020. Throughout their career, Charlie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, mentorship abilities, and expertise in testing and quality assurance.

Charlie Rush attended Norwalk High School from 1995 to 1998, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. After high school, they attended Clarke University from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a degree in History. In April 2019, Charlie obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
