David S. Mulcahy

David S. Mulcahy serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board. He has served as a director since 2011. Mr. Mulcahy previously served as a member of the Company's Board of Directors from 1996 to 2006. Mr. Mulcahy currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Monarch Materials Group, Inc., a privately-owned company that manufactures residential, basement window systems, and as President of MABSCO Capital, Inc., a privately-owned company that provides a selection of services including portfolio management, financial consulting and private placement, private equity and joint venture transactions. Mr. Mulcahy was appointed non-executive Chairman of the Board of Workiva Inc. in June 2018 and has served as a director since its initial public offering in 2014. Mr. Mulcahy is a certified public accountant and was a partner in the Des Moines office of Ernst & Young LLP, where he was employed from 1976 through 1994.
