Lori Harris

Lori Harris has extensive experience in quality assurance and agency management, currently serving as a Senior QA Analyst at American Equity since February 2002, where responsibilities include reviewing new projects for purpose, scope, and requirements, and identifying necessary processes for project success. Previously, Lori held the position of Director of Agency Services, managing up to 14 Agency Representatives, overseeing workflow processes, and developing departmental procedures. Prior to joining American Equity, Lori was the Manager of Contracting and Licensing at TNBC - The National Benefit Corp from February 1999 to February 2002, where oversight of the Licensing and Contracting staff was a key responsibility.
