Samuil Pane

Operations at American Equity

Samuil Pane has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Samuil started their career at Allied Insurance in 1980 as a Sr. Analyst, where they managed warehouse operations and distribution of supplies. Samuil then moved on to be a Shift Supervisor at Allied/Nationwide Insurance, overseeing mainframe operations and managing a team of operators.

In 1990, Samuil joined Nationwide Insurance as a Sr. Analyst Network Administration - Facilities, where they played a key role in designing and implementing new data centers and creating problem management processes. Samuil also developed and maintained floor plans using specialized software.

From 2009 to 2010, Samuil worked as a Consultant/Project Manager - IT at St. Gregory Retreat Center, providing customer support, documenting processes, and resolving hardware and software issues.

In 2011, Samuil joined Hewlett-Packard as a Data Center Analyst Contractor, handling day-to-day support of Aviva Data Centers and resolving issues related to electrical, HVAC, cabling, and monitoring.

Samuil then moved on to work at Microsoft in 2013 as an Asset Management professional for a brief period.

Most recently, Samuil has been working at American Equity since 2013, in an Operations role.

Throughout their career, Samuil has demonstrated their expertise in data center management, problem-solving, documentation, and customer support.

Samuil Pane attended William Penn University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business. Additionally, in November 2019, they obtained two certifications, "Excel and Visio: Generating Diagrams Automatically" and "Visio 2019 Essential Training," from LinkedIn.
