T.j. Monner

T.J. Monner has a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in various leadership roles. From 2006 to 2008, T.J. worked as an Audit Intern at Cahaba GBA and then went on to join Ernst & Young as an Assurance Intern in 2007. T.J. continued with Ernst & Young as an Assurance Senior from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, T.J. joined Principal Financial Group as the Investment Accounting Leader, overseeing GAAP and Statutory financial reporting teams. T.J. held this position for eight years before transitioning to Wells Fargo in 2019. At Wells Fargo, T.J. served as a Senior Lead Audit Manager until 2022. Currently, T.J. is working as a Manager of Investment Accounting at American Equity. Throughout T.J.'s career, they have demonstrated expertise in investment reporting, financial analysis, and internal and external audit coordination.

T.J. Monner earned a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 2003 to 2008.
