Tony Lengeling

Tony Lengeling has had a diverse range of work experience. Tony most recently served as the Chief Compliance Officer at American Equity, where they oversaw and implemented an insurance regulatory compliance program. During their time at American Equity, they also established a government relations function, managed regulatory examinations, and developed policy positions.

Prior to their role at American Equity, Tony worked at Principal Financial Group as an AVP and Product Manager from 2014 to 2018. Tony also held various roles at Global Atlantic Financial Group, including AVP of Data Analytics & Fraud, Senior Legal Counsel, and Director of Advanced Markets from 2005 to 2014.

Before joining Global Atlantic Financial Group, Tony worked at Merrill Lynch as a Fiduciary, Trust & Estate Planning Consultant from 2003 to 2005.
