American Exchange Project
Rosie Martel-Foley currently serves as the Vice President of Revenue and Development at the American Exchange Project, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Rosie held multiple senior leadership roles at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay from May 2014 to December 2024, including Senior Vice President for Development Strategies, Systems, and Operations, where a unified philanthropic strategy was advanced, and Vice President of Development Strategy & Governance, overseeing development strategies and Board activities. Earlier experience includes positions at Boston College, such as Assistant Director of Young Alumni Programming, enhancing young alumni engagement, and Staff Assistant for reunion campaigns. Rosie began their career as a Development and Special Events Intern at Miss Porter's School. Educational credentials include an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Boston College and a B.A. in Psychology and English from Union College.
