Joseph Perricone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joseph started their career as an On Demand ISP Technician at MCI WorldCom in 1999. In 2001, they worked at Flash Global Logistics LLC as a Call Center Supervisor/Account Manager, where they managed client-specific call center and customer service operations. Joseph also served as a Field Operations Manager, overseeing 5 US distribution centers and a global logistics partner network. Moving on, they became the Director of Global Field Services at Flash Global Logistics LLC in 2004, managing a global network of 450 third-party logistics providers and developing programs and processes for Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 customers. In 2005, they became the Director of Operations at Flash Global Logistics INC, responsible for warehouse, inventory control, and transportation activities for a $60 million/year worldwide logistics enterprise. Joseph then joined Marken in 2011, where they were initially a Security Compliance Manager, responsible for managing regulatory compliance programs in the US and internationally. Joseph later became the North American Region 3rd Party Network Manager, developing and maintaining a best-in-class network of airline partners and ground agents. Currently, Joseph Perricone works at American Expediting as the Director of Quality & Compliance, where they are responsible for vendor relationships, improving performance, services, and customer satisfaction.

Joseph Perricone attended SUNY New Paltz from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Education.
