Alessandra Cipriani has considerable experience in client management and account oversight, currently serving as Team Leader for Client Management for the Spanish and Italian market at American Express since June 2015. Alessandra's responsibilities include managing and coaching a team of Client Managers, performance monitoring, supporting account expansion and renegotiations, process analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with market contacts. Previously, Alessandra held roles as an Account Manager and Core Developer at American Express, focusing on key account management, operational support, and driving growth for smaller merchants.
