Alexander Cotton

Alexander Cotton serves as the Director of Digital Product & UX Design at American Express, leading a team focused on enhancing the Digital Merchant Experience. Prior to this role, Alexander held positions including Senior Manager of User Experience Research at American Express, where leadership in UX research for the merchant website was emphasized, and UX Tractor Lead at John Deere, overseeing user experience across the tractor product line. In addition to a full-time career, Alexander is the owner of Apollo Properties, LLC, managing the purchase and renovation of residential real estate. With a background in photography as the owner of Studio Cotton and co-founding Buckle Blocker LLC, Alexander combines creativity and technical expertise, supported by a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a MicroMasters Certificate in UX Research and Design.
