Cong Liu is the Vice President of NLP and Conversational AI at American Express, where they lead the centralized data science/NLP research function to enhance customer service automation initiatives. Previously, they served as the Director of NLP and Conversational AI and as the Director of Global Consumer Data Science Modeling, where they built innovative AI solutions and led sizable teams of data scientists.
