Dawn Sullivan

Dawn Sullivan is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in regulatory reporting and quality assurance. Currently serving as Vice President of Financial Reporting Quality Assurance at American Express since February 2014, Dawn leads a team focused on automating US Regulatory Reports and ensuring their timely and accurate submission to the Federal Reserve. Prior to this role, Dawn held multiple positions at American Express, including Director of Regulatory Reporting and Manager, overseeing critical reporting processes and Basel III capital requirements. Dawn's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and a Business Analyst at AIG Investments, along with consultancy work at Insys Consulting. Dawn holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from Iona University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Manhattan University.
