Jacqueline Grill

Jacqueline Grill serves as Vice President and Chief of Staff for the Chief Audit Executive at American Express since October 2013. Prior to this role, Jacqueline held various positions within American Express, including Director of Operational Excellence for Digital Acquisition Capabilities and Senior Manager of Regulatory Management and Business Enablement, among others. Jacqueline's career began as a Forensic and Litigation Consultant at FTI Consulting from February 2012 to October 2013, and included internships at the Organization for International Investment and SIFMA in 2011. Jacqueline holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Law, Economics, and Government from American University.
