Jeffrey Gibbs

Jeffrey Gibbs currently serves as the Director of Business Strategy and Financial Planning at American Express, overseeing analytics and data management for Expense Management since September 2025. Prior to this role, Gibbs held positions at Center as Manager of Data Operations and Senior Integration Consultant from May 2022 to September 2025. Gibbs also worked at Alvaria CX as Director of Systems Engineering, where leadership was provided to a team focused on bridging Architecture, Product Management, and R&D to support major initiatives. At Noble Systems, Gibbs advanced through various roles, culminating in Director of Implementation Operations, responsible for product release testing and new product support, as well as directing a diverse engineering team for timely implementations. Gibbs began a career in systems engineering and implementation, solving service issues and providing on-site support. A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, Gibbs earned a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering in 2009.
