Kristy Raasch

Kristy Raasch currently serves as the RevOps & Enablement Manager for AMEX Global Dining at American Express, where responsibilities include driving revenue operations and enablement strategy across Resy and Tock. Prior to this role, Kristy held various positions at Tock, including Operations & Enablement Manager, Operations & Training Manager for the Account Management team, and Team Lead for Account Management. Experience prior to Tock includes working as a Front of House Captain at the Michelin Star rated Next Restaurant with The Alinea Group, and as a Landscape Design Intern at Hursthouse. Kristy holds a Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Augustana College.
