Marina (Thompson) Cummins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and digital transformation, currently serving as Vice President of Servicing Products & Experiences & Data Governance within the Global Servicing Group at American Express since September 2013. Marina leads a global team of approximately 60 product managers, driving innovative technology programs and enhancing core contact center capabilities. Key achievements include the implementation of voice biometric authentication and the development of AI-powered forecasting models. Marina has held various leadership roles at American Express, including Vice President of Digital Experience and Director of Mobile Experience, receiving the President’s Club Leadership Award in 2022.
