Zachary Alter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Amex Ads Product, Strategy, & Operations at American Express since July 2022, Zachary has also held the position of Director for both Amex Ads Product & Business Operations and Enterprise Strategy. Prior to this role, Zachary contributed to McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst and Summer Business Analyst from June 2018 to January 2021. A brief internship at Warner Music Group as a Marketing Intern was completed in 2018. Earlier in the academic career, Zachary served as Concert Director for the Washington University Social Programming Board. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Economics & Strategy, Marketing, and the Business of Entertainment from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
