Clay Rempe

Clay Rempe has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Clay most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at American Eye Associates, LLC starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they were the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Impress, a Modern Orthodontic practice. As the Chief Operations Officer at NVISION Eye Centers from 2018 to 2020, Clay was responsible for overseeing the operations of the company. Before that, they held leadership positions at DaVita Kidney Care, including Division Vice President and Regional Operations Director, where they managed healthcare operations and ensured quality patient care. Clay also gained significant retail experience at Target, where they served as a Store Manager and District Manager Bench. Clay began their career at The Home Depot as a Leadership Programs Manager and later became a Store Manager. Their early career involved working at Solectron, where they managed customer programs, and serving in the US Army as a Captain, leading teams and coordinating various tasks.

Clay Rempe obtained a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1991 to 1995. Clay then pursued their Master's degree in International Relations at Troy University from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, during the same time period, Clay Rempe completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management at Webster University.
