Catie Costa

Catie Costa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in insurance operations and strategy, currently serving as a Senior Insurance Operations Specialist at American Family Insurance since July 2021. Catie's career includes roles as a Sales and Service Administrator, Analyst, Data Analyst, and Book Performance Analyst within the same company. Prior to this, Catie held the position of Business Administration Coordinator at SONRISE INTERNATIONAL INC and served as Secretary for Delta Sigma Pi at Miami University, where exceptional leadership and organizational skills were demonstrated. Catie also gained significant marketing experience as a Senior Marketing Capstone at Textron Aviation and has a solid foundation in event management through a Development Intern position at Misericordia Heart of Mercy.
