Chris Listau

Chris Listau serves as President and CEO of Main Street America Insurance since October 2018 and has been with American Family Insurance since July 1993. In the role of President Commercial Farm Ranch, Chris provides leadership for a team focused on developing insurance products and policies tailored for businesses, farms, and ranches, overseeing a profit and loss responsibility for $650 million in commercial written premium across 19 states. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales, where strategic leadership was provided for a multi-state region, as well as working as the Iowa State Sales Director. Chris began the career as an insurance agent and subsequently held various roles in training, planning, and marketing. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth, earned in 1992.
