Greg Goar

Greg Goar has extensive experience in aviation and leadership roles, currently serving as a Corporate Pilot (G450) at American Family Insurance since September 2019. Previously, Greg managed a team of 18 pilots, mechanics, and administrative personnel as Manager and Section Chief for the State of Wisconsin, overseeing the state's fleet of 19 aircraft and ensuring safe transportation for high-level officials. Greg's military career with the USAF spanned from 1994 to 2017, culminating in positions as a Professor and Department Chair of Aerospace Studies, Squadron Commander, Operations Officer, and Director of the Wing Operations Center, leading teams in various capacities and ensuring mission readiness and safety across multiple operations. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with training from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
