Jenn Brugger

Jenn Brugger is an experienced executive with a strong background in enterprise transformation and technology operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Transformation and Vice President of Enterprise Technology Office Operations at American Family Insurance since February 2019, Brugger previously held various roles within the company, including AVP of Enterprise IT Strategy & Transformation. Prior to this, Brugger worked at Homesite Insurance as AVP of Enterprise Programs and Director of Enterprise Programs, and held leadership positions at American Family Insurance in business services. With experience at U.S. Cellular in project management and operations roles, Brugger also served as a Technology Modernization Consultant for Smart Solutions. Brugger's academic credentials include a Master of Special Studies in Enterprise Architecture & Business Transformation from Penn State, an MBA in Leadership & Change Management from North Central College, and a BA in Computer Science and Economics from Cornell College.
