Sonia Dhir

Sonia Dhir is an experienced Technical and Program Manager with a strong background in quality assurance and product management, currently serving as a TPM | Quality at American Family Insurance since March 2021. Prior to this role, Sonia worked at Microsoft through HCL as a Technical Program Manager specializing in quality from November 2020 to March 2021, and completed a product management apprenticeship with a focus on user engagement shortly before. With significant experience at AT&T as a Technical Program Manager for IoT Products, and multiple positions at Microsoft, Sonia has demonstrated expertise in leading projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and implementing innovative solutions in both software development and testing. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications from PCTE Group of Institutes and a Bachelor of Science from Khalsa College for Women.
