Susan Phung Luong is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in product analysis and performance monitoring. Currently serving as a Senior Product Analyst (Property) at QBE North America since June 2016, Susan focuses on building and maintaining profitable products by analyzing regulatory guidelines and recommending strategic modifications. Additionally, as a Commercial Lines Performance Senior Analyst at American Family Insurance since April 2013, Susan provides performance-based product strategy recommendations to leadership and develops initiatives to enhance profitability and growth.
