Allen Penn

Allen Penn is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as the Founder of Framework since January 2023 and as an Angel Investor at Pennbrook Capital since September 2018, where investments include notable companies such as Aisle, Alpen, and Dutchie. In addition to investment roles, Penn contributes as a Board Member for the American Farmland Trust and Only One since 2023 and 2020, respectively. Previous advising experience includes a position at GV from August 2021 to July 2023. Prior to these roles, Penn held various leadership positions at Uber, extracting rich operational experience as Vice President of Global Operations for Uber Eats and Regional GM for different markets. Early career experiences include roles at GTCR and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Business, Magna Cum Laude, in Accounting from Miami University.
