Billy Van Pelt is a seasoned professional in the fields of real estate and agricultural advocacy, currently serving as a Realtor at Justice Real Estate since July 2025. With extensive experience at American Farmland Trust since November 2016, Billy has held several leadership roles, including National Director of Strategic Initiatives and Senior Advisor, overseeing successful funding strategies that advanced the organization's mission. Previous positions include Director of Special Program Development, Director of External Relations, and CEO of Woodford Forward. Billy has also contributed to academia as an instructor at the University of Kentucky's Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment and holds degrees in Landscape Architecture, Business Administration, and an MBA.
