John Larson

John Larson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy and program management within the conservation sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Policy and Programs at American Farmland Trust since March 2015, John has demonstrated leadership and strategic vision. Prior to this role, John held the position of CEO at the National Association of Conservation Districts from July 2011 to March 2015, and was the Executive Director at the Washington Association of Conservation Districts from January 2005 to July 2011. Earlier in the career, John served as Administrator for the Conservation Districts Partnership from January 1999 to December 2004. John holds a degree from Washington State University, completed between 1984 and 1990.
