Laura Hayes

Laura Hayes has extensive experience in land stewardship and ecological conservation, currently serving as the Senior Stewardship and Turner Farm Manager at American Farmland Trust since January 2020, following roles as Land Stewardship and Turner Farm Manager and Easement Stewardship Manager. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Field Ecologist at Moosewood Ecological from April 2018 to January 2020 and as a Teaching Assistant at Antioch University New England in 2018-2019. Additionally, Laura has a background with the US Army Corps of Engineers as a seasonal Park Ranger from 2003 to 2017 and served as Community Relations Manager at MEADOWSEND TIMBERLANDS LTD in 2016-2017. Laura holds a Master of Science in Conservation Biology from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Johnson State College.
