Lea Harvey

Lea Harvey has an extensive work experience in the field of development and fundraising. Lea currently holds the position of Vice President of Development at American Farmland Trust. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Sweet Briar College, where they played a key role in fundraising, program innovations, and partnerships. Lea also served as the Principal at LLH Strategy Advisors, offering strategic consulting services to environmental, conservation, and education organizations. Lea's earlier experiences include being the Vice President of Development and Corporate Secretary at Resources for the Future and the Vice President for Development at BoardSource. Lea began their career as the Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations at World Wildlife Fund, overseeing a large fundraising program. Throughout their career, Lea has achieved significant accomplishments in increasing funding, securing partnerships, and implementing strategic initiatives.
