Megan Marsteller has a diverse and extensive work experience. Megan is currently working at American Farmland Trust as the Project Management Director. Prior to this, they held the role of Regional Project Manager at the same company. Megan also has experience as the Owner of Side Step Farms. Additionally, they worked at West Michigan S.A.I.L. as the Vice President/Board Director, Project Management. Earlier in their career, Megan worked at Davenport University as an ITS Project Manager Associate and also had an internship as an ITS Project Management Intern. Megan also served in the United States Marine Corps, where they held various roles including Command Training Program Manager, Headquarters Platoon Sergeant, Calibrations Program Manager & Equipment Quality Assurance Supervisor, and Tactical Vehicle Technician. Megan's earlier work experience includes being an Operations Associate at Walgreens.

Megan Marsteller, LSSBB, has a diverse and comprehensive education history. Megan began their educational journey in 2009 at Akron North High School, where they completed their high school education. Following this, from 2016 to 2017, Megan attended American Military University, earning an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies with Honors.

In 2018, Megan enrolled at Davenport University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Project Management with a specialization in Information Security. Megan successfully completed their degree and graduated with Highest Honors in 2020.

Continuing their education, Megan joined Georgetown University in 2020 and is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies degree in Project Management, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, they are concurrently studying Lean & Agile Practices at Georgetown University and is on track to earn a Graduate Certificate in the same field in 2023.

In addition to their academic achievements, Megan has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the Six Sigma Global Institute in January 2019. Prior to that, they obtained Green Belt, White Belt, and Yellow Belt certifications in Lean Six Sigma from the U.S. Department of the Navy (DoN) CPI East in 2017 and the Aveta Business Institute in 2016. Megan also holds certifications in Microsoft Excel 2016, including an Advanced level certification from Pearson in April 2018 and an Introductory level certification from the same institution in March 2018.
