Steven Worwa

Steven Worwa has a strong background in the banking industry. Steven started their career in 1979 as a Commercial Banking Officer at Norwest Bank Bloomington, where they worked until 1983. From there, they joined First Bank as a Commercial Banking Officer for a few months in 1983. In 1984, they moved to KPMG as a Manager in Financial Institutions Consulting, where they stayed until 1989. Steven then became the President of American Federal Bank in 1989, a position they currently hold.
