Alejandra Muller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer advocacy and multilingual support. Currently serving as a Special Investigator and Multilingual International Policy Support Specialist at American Fidelity since October 2015, Alejandra excels in processing billing and policy modification requests for international customers, while also implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Previous roles include Bilingual Customer Advocate, where Alejandra championed customer claims and developed bilingual training materials, and a period as a self-employed English-Spanish translator.
