Jessica Pozo

Jessica Pozo has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and event planning, currently serving as an International Sales & Marketing Representative and Recruiting Specialist at American Fidelity since July 2017. In this role, Jessica supports a supplemental benefits provider catering to over 1 million customers across various sectors including education and healthcare. Prior experience includes a position as an HR Representative and Executive Team Lead Intern at Target, where responsibilities included enhancing sales and promoting teamwork. Additionally, Jessica worked as an Assistant Event Planner at Rose Briar Place, ensuring the successful execution of weddings and events. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership at Oklahoma City University, Jessica previously earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
