Boris started their career in 1994 as a Customer Service Representative at Ford Motor Credit Company. Boris quickly rose through the ranks and became an Auditor and Wholesale Supervisor. In 1998, Boris left Ford to join American Financial Realty Trust as their VP of Transaction Structuring and Analysis.

Boris spent the next 10 years at American Financial Realty Trust before joining American Finance Trust in 2009. In their current role, Boris is responsible for leading the company's capital markets efforts and developing long-term corporate strategy. Under their leadership, American Finance Trust has become one of the largest real estate investment trusts in the country.

Boris Korotkin has an MBA in Management from La Salle University and a BS in Finance from Penn State University.
