Jay Kanik

Mr. Kanik oversees and directs all property management responsibilities for a multi-tenant portfolio. He is responsible for setting goals for each property and the portfolio as a whole, establishing timelines and guidelines for third party vendors and the internal team.

Mr. Kanik has over 20 years of commercial real estate and retail property management experience.

Prior to joining RTL, Mr. Kanik was Director of Property Management for Simon Konover Company and before that was with Regency Centers and Highwoods Properties.
