Ricardo A. Rodriguez

Chief Information Technology Officer at American Financial Systems

Ricardo is currently in charge of technology research and development at AFS. He also leads the software development team to maintain, enhance and develop existing software products. Rodriguez also supervises operation of the company's IT and Datacenter infrastructure, overseeing processes and management of both Infrastructure and Application Security Standards. He joined AFS in 1998.

In addition to extensive experience in IT, Ricardo has Master's degrees in Finance (MFin) and Business Administration (MBA) from HULT International Business School, Master's degree in Information Management Systems (ALM in IT) from Harvard University, a B.S. in Computer Sciences (Escuela Colombiana de Ingenieria), and completed four years of Electronic Engineering and Mathematics education (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana). He held a role as Teaching Fellow at Harvard University and is currently a lecturer at Escuela Colombiana de Ingenieria.
