Mike Gengler

Mike Gengler is the current President & CEO at American Fire Protection Group. Mike has over 25 years of experience in the fire protection industry. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of Northstar Fire Protection from April 1994 to December 2010. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Before their time at Northstar, Mike served as a Maintenance Officer in the United States Army from February 1991 to February 1994. In this role, they managed all maintenance activities for equipment worth in excess of $21 million in a Multiple Launch Rocket System Battery. Mike also controlled, forecasted, and supervised a $400K budget and a $2 million repair parts inventory.

Mike's experience in both the military and the private sector have made him an invaluable asset to American Fire Protection Group. Their dedication to their work and their commitment to excellence have helped the company grow and thrive.

Mike Gengler graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in Civil Engineering Management.
