With a background in biology and psychology, Noel has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing safety programs, training staff, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. Currently serving as Corporate Director of Safety and Risk Management at American Fire Protection Group, Inc., Noel is focused on promoting a Behavior Based Safety culture and leading initiatives towards achieving zero accidents. Prior to this role, Noel has held similar positions at Sanford Underground Research Facility, Regional Health, Cortech, Inc., and The University of Iowa, showcasing a strong track record in safety management and program development.
