Steve Rians is the current Vice President of Sales at American Fire Protection Group. Steve has over 25 years of experience in the fire protection industry.
Rians started their career in 1980 as a design engineer at Culligan Fire Protection, Inc. Steve then became branch office manager at Fire Security Systems, Inc. in 1982. In 1993, they became the CEO of Standard Automatic Fire Enterprises, Inc., a position they held until 2011.
Rians has been with American Fire Protection Group since 2012. Steve has been instrumental in the company's growth and expansion. Under their leadership, American Fire Protection Group has become one of the leading fire protection companies in the United States.
Steve Rians has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Architecture/Technical Sciences from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and a Machine Technology degree from Illinois Central College.
They work with Ross Erzar - VP, Operations, Craig Beard - Division Leader, Sunland Fire Protection, and Noel Schroeder - Corporate Director of Safety & Risk. Steve Rians reports to Mike Gengler, President & CEO.
