Michelle Quiroz has extensive experience in customer service and call center management. Michelle started their career in 1999 at Alliance Data, where they served as a Collections Manager and later transitioned the collections department to a new location. Michelle then worked at Direct Energy as a Collections Contact Center Manager, overseeing the operations of the inbound collections department.
In 2013, Michelle joined EFG Companies as a Call Center Manager, where they managed a team of 25 advisors and implemented call handling software and process improvements. Michelle then moved to Signet as a Manager of Performance Optimization, overseeing call center customer support functions and managing a team of leadership members.
At Signet Jewelers, Michelle took on the role of Director of Customer Care, where they provided strategic direction for Zale’s global e-commerce multi-channel contact center. Michelle supported the implementation of insourcing the e-commerce channel and led a team of over 100 associates and managers.
Most recently, Michelle joined American First Finance in 2018 as the Senior Director of Customer Service.
