Zhongyang Liu (Ken)

Zhongyang (Ken) Liu has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Zhongyang (Ken) worked as an Assistant of Network Manager at HiKing Group Shandong Welltrade from June 2013 to August 2013. Later, they joined Qingdao Power Rigging Int'l Co.,Ltd. as a Data Analyst in June 2014 for a period of two months. In August 2011, they started working as a Peer Tutor at Indiana University Bloomington and continued until May 2014. Zhongyang (Ken)'scareer then progressed at American First Finance, where they initially worked as a Risk Analyst from June 2016 to June 2017. Zhongyang (Ken) was subsequently promoted to the position of Senior Risk Analyst and served from June 2017 to February 2019. Thereafter, they worked as a Data Scientist from February 2019 to July 2021. Zhongyang (Ken) further advanced to the role of Lead Data Scientist and held it from July 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they are positioned as the Director of Data Science at American First Finance starting from February 2022.

Ken Liu, also known as Zhongyang Liu, obtained their Master's Degree in Business Analytics from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Supply Chain Management, and Business Analytics from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2010 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Ken Liu has also obtained various certifications. In May 2022, they became a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. In July 2016, they completed the DataRobot Essentials certification from DataRobot. In May 2016, they obtained the Microsoft Office Master 2013 certification, as well as the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel Expert 2013 and Word Expert 2013 certifications from Microsoft. Zhongyang (Ken) also earned the HDP Certified Developer certification from Hortonworks in April 2016. In the same month, they completed the SAS Certified Statistical Business Analyst Using SAS 9: Regression and Modeling certification from SAS. Furthermore, they obtained the SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 and SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 certifications from SAS in March and February 2016, respectively.
