Katie Nikas

Katie Nikas has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Server at Bad Martha Farmer’s Brewery and American Flatbread. Previously, Katie worked at Ben & Jerry's for nearly 13 years as a Business Consultant in Retail Operations, focusing on training and evaluations within the franchise community across multiple states. Additionally, Katie served as a Retail Associate at Cape Cod Beer, Inc., where responsibilities included managing taproom operations and assisting customers. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Management/Marketing from UMass Boston and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Marketing from Cape Cod Community College.
