Additionally, Walsh holds the position of Senior Advisor at Dawson & Associates, an expert firm in federal water and environmental policy. Previously, Walsh had a notable career in the US Army Corps of Engineers, culminating in roles such as Deputy Commanding General for Civil and Emergency Operations and several Commanding General positions, managing extensive programs and budgets across various divisions.
