Isabel Rojas has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and strategy development. Isabel has held various roles throughout their career, including Human Resources Director at American Foods, where they developed and implemented HR policies to support strategic objectives. Prior to this, they worked as an Office Manager at MRI CARICAM ANDINA, where they managed business development and designed recruiting strategies.
