Charlie Millard

Charlie Millard is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in the food production industry. Currently serving as Chief Plant Engineer and Corporate Engineering Manager at American Foods Group since September 2022, Charlie previously held the position of Director of Engineering and Maintenance at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE and Triumph Foods LLC from May 2022 to May 2022 and February 2008 to May 2022, respectively. Early career experience includes serving as Maintenance Supervisor at Tyson Foods from September 1999 to February 2008. Charlie has pursued extensive education in engineering and maintenance, with certifications from Gcap, Hillyard Tech, and studies at Metropolitan Community College-Maple Woods and Hawkeye Community College.
