Arjun Dürr

Arjun Dürr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program development and partnership management. Currently serving as the Director of Program Development at the American Forest Foundation, Arjun focuses on innovative carbon initiatives related to reforestation and improved forest management across the United States. Prior roles include Associate Director of Partnership Management and Development at Ashoka, where Arjun successfully cultivated multimillion-dollar partnerships and managed successful fundraising efforts for projects in Africa, Asia, and North America. As the founder and CEO of Heart and Soul Healthy Foods Private Limited, Arjun established a leading social enterprise in India specializing in environmentally sustainable health food products. Arjun has also contributed to research in semi-arid horticulture through volunteering at Dharmavana Nature Ark and has experience in promoting bio-plastic products through Olive Green Products Pvt Ltd. Arjun's academic background includes a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Cape Town, with a focus on social anthropology, political science, and Spanish.
