Benji Riches

Benji Riches currently serves as the Operations and IT Coordinator at the American Forest Foundation, where responsibilities include providing technology services and leading IT and Operations projects. Prior experience at Apple spanned various roles including Resource Operations Analyst, Schedule Planner, and Specialist and Trainer, focused on optimizing retail operations and scheduling. Additionally, Benji worked as an Executive Producer at Hear&See Co., leveraging Apple Podcasts analytics to enhance a podcast's reach, and served as a Sales Team Leader at Best Buy, driving sales team performance. Benji is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
