Ema Johnson

Ema Johnson possesses a strong background in nonprofit management and development, with extensive experience in climate funding and special events. At the American Forest Foundation, Ema served as Senior Manager of Climate Funding from February 2017 to February 2024. Prior roles include Development Director at Nantucket Land Council Inc from January 2015 to February 2017, Special Events and Membership Manager at Nantucket Preservation Trust from January 2010 to January 2015, and Special Events Assistant at Nantucket Historical Association from March 2007 to February 2010. Ema holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Syracuse University, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
