David Ross is a seasoned professional in government affairs with extensive experience in legislative roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Government Affairs at the American Forest & Paper Association since June 2022, David previously held multiple positions at the U.S. House of Representatives from January 2017 to June 2022, including Legislative Assistant, Legislative Correspondent, and Staff Assistant. Prior to that, an Office Assistant role was completed at the Office of the Vice President/CFO and Comptroller at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2013 to December 2016. David began a career in politics as a Congressional Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives in summer 2016.
